VM Storage Management

This is a placeholder for the current project. Updates coming.

The Plan
1. Currently the tools available to manage storage are incomplete
2. The project is to build a python-based menu system to manage KVM storage by offering the ability to:
Display, Create, Edit and Manage storage.
The project will deliver the ability to manage Storage Pools and Storage Volumes that reside on various storage platforms such as local directories, local filesystems, networked iSCSI or NFS filesystems as well as storage systems based on CEPH Rados and gluster filesystems. Although one caould argue that this can be accomplished via Virtual Machine Manager, the goal is to incorporate the build process of images including openvswitch and also delivering performance monitoring to hopefully make the decisions as to which storage platform to build on easier. Storage systems will have service levels based on availability and performance.
